✅ You may – Use my digital items for personal use (PU) and limited scrap for hire (S4H). Commercial use is permitted with the purchase of an Extended Use Commercial License.

✅ You may - Use my digital items for craft projects that are submitted to scrapbooking magazines for publication, online galleries, or other non-retail web communities, as long as proper credit is given to GoneDigital Design.

HANDMADE ITEMS
✅ Permitted for use within a larger project such as scrapbook layouts, invitations, card making, paper decorations, mixed media jewellery, embellished stickers and other stationery, bottle cap crafts, brads, pins, buttons, labels, tags, iron-on transfers and other non-digital products that are distinguishable from my original design/product.
You may not re-sell my designs 'as is' in any form. Not in the form of sticker sheets, or paper packs or elements packs etc.

DIGITAL ITEMS/FILES
✅ You are permitted to use GoneDigital artwork/graphics as part of an overall design or project as long as you have embellished/modified my files in a way that is distinguishable from my original design or use to create an end product that is different in nature, to the original product; e.g. printable calendars are acceptable. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS or STICKER SHEETS are NOT ALLOWED.

✅ You may use my products for your graphic design/website needs such as web banners and buttons, blog elements, social media pages, web backgrounds, web promotions and the like that are not intended for re-sale or branding. Credit must be given to GoneDigital Design in a place that is visible on that website or blog. Alternatively, you can purchase a NO CREDIT COMMERCIAL LICENSE for a specific product if you do not wish to give credit.


||----- NON-PERMITTED USAGE -----||

❌ You may not re-sell as part of a physical or digital package, such as digital kits or scrapbook kits where my designs are sold 'as is'.

❌ You may NOT re-sell or re-distribute my designs ‘as is’ or include the designs ‘as is’ in any physical or digital compilation. For example, sticker sheets, paper packs and elements packs are not allowed.

❌ Do not upload to print on demand design websites such as Cafe Press, Zazzle, Spoonflower etc.

❌ You are not permitted to claim any of my designs as your own. If you create an acceptable end product and purchase an extended commercial use license you may claim that end product as your own.

❌ You are not permitted to give away my designs or files as a freebie or as a digital resource without express permission from me. If you wish to share one of my freebies, direct that person to the freebie source so that they may obtain the freebie in the same way.

✅ It grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use products purchased from one of my listings commercially.

❌ There will be no products supplied with the license. This is to be purchased separately.

✅ The Extended Use Commercial License broadens what is allowed with your purchase of any of my listings.

✅ The Extended Use Commercial License allows you to use the purchased listing to create up to 1000 units or copies of your End Product, and that End Product may be sold.

✅ With the Extended License you may use a product purchased from the GoneDigital Design Etsy store for the following End Products:

✎ Physical or digital products such as; calendars, invitations, stationery, labels and tags.

✎ Physical products such as; paper decorations, mixed media jewellery, embellished (layered) stickers, bottle cap crafts, brads, pins, and buttons.

✎ Printing on merchandise for sale. This includes but is not limited to iron-on transfers, t-shirts, totes, canvases, paper and stationery.

✎ Your own design work for hire that is intended to be sold on, as long as the purchased design is less than one-third of the total piece. For example, 'Scrap for Hire (S4H)' projects that are intended to be sold on.

✎ You can create the End Product for a client, however the license is not transferable. They will need to purchase their own license in order to do the things set out in the Extended License including re-production and selling said End Product.

✎ You can modify or manipulate my designs. You can combine my designs with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of the Extended Use Commercial License.

✎ This license is a “multi-use” license which means that you can use my products to create more than one unique End Product. However, the combined units or copies of each unique End Product must not exceed 1000 units or copies.

• For example you can make and sell 300 units or copies of a tote bag incorporating the licensed design, 500 units or copies of a book cover incorporating the licensed design and 200 units or copies of stationery/badges incorporating the licensed design. All together these total the 1000 units or copies permitted under this extended use license.

✎ Advertising (digital and print). This includes but is not limited to videos and company websites with unlimited impressions, views and/or visits.


PROHIBITED USAGE OF MY PRODUCTS (Even with an Extended Use Commercial License)

❌ You may not use GoneDigital Design products in any branding such as logos, trademark, service mark or in work that is claimed to be “original” or “exclusive”.

❌ You may not claim ANY of my designs as your own or re-sell 'as is' whilst claiming to be the original creator. This is called PIRACY and is against the law. Any product you create from using my designs must be a unique product and not just a simple re-distribution of my designs. My designs are copyright protected and I will use the full force of the law to remedy any infringements.

❌ You are prohibited from including GoneDigital Design products in layered files where the original image can be extracted. If including in a design, please flatten the image before sharing files.

❌ You may not re-distribute or offer my designs as stock, in a tool or template, as a freebie, or with source files. You may not do this with any of my designs, either on its own or bundled with other items, or even if you modify my designs with superficial modifications.

❌ You may not re-distribute or make available my designs 'as-is' or with superficial modifications.

• For example: You are prohibited from licensing one of my clip art/elements packs in order to re-distribute or re-sell them as a clip art/elements pack.
• You are prohibited from licensing one of my paper packs in order to re-distribute or re-sell them as a paper pack.
• You are prohibited from licensing one of my sticker packs in order to re-distribute or re-sell them as a sticker pack or a stickers sheet.

❌ You may not use my designs in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific modifications, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application/website. You can only use my designs in this way if you purchase an Unlimited Reproductions Extended Use Commercial License for each listing purchased from the GoneDigital Design Etsy store.

• Examples of 'on demand', 'made to order' or 'build it yourself' applications:
- Website builders
- 'Create your own' slideshow apps
- E-card generators
- and sites such as Cafe Press, Zazzle and Spoonflower.

❌ Although you can modify the licensed design and therefore delete components before creating your End Product, you may not extract and use a single component of my design as your End Product. This is a superficial modification and is not permitted.

• For example: You license an Easter clip art set. You can delete unwanted individual clip art from the file, but you are prohibited from extracting and using one aspect of an individual clip art to distribute as-is. In other words, you can't extract and use just the carrot from a clip art of a bunny eating a carrot. This is deemed as superficial modification and is not permitted under this license.

❌ You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract my design(s) and use it separately from the End Product.

What information do I gather?
• Information that relates directly to you such as your user name, your email address and your profile picture.


How I use the information?
• Your personal information will only be used for Etsy-related communications or for Etsy-facilitated transactions. I will not use it for any purposes other than that which you have given your explicit consent.

• I will NOT use your information for unsolicited commercial messages.

• I may follow up on an order to ascertain how you are getting on with the purchased product(s) and to see if you would like to share any images of your creations/projects.

• Without your consent, I will NOT add you to our mailing list, use your identity for marketing, or obtain or retain any payment information.

Third party payment processors
• I do not collect or store your full credit card information or PayPal details. All payments are securely processed by PayPal or through Etsy's payment system. I only receive an order confirmation. This confirmation includes your profile name and picture, your email address, the order number, payment method, which items you have purchased and in what quantities, the order amount, date and time of purchase, your shipping address and any discount codes used. Your credit card/ PayPal details are not disclosed to me.

• I collect your information only with your consent. I only collect the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with me. I will not sell your information to third parties.
